Program overview
糖心Vlog participates in program, formerly known as the Regional Student Program (RSP). The program enables thousands of New England residents to enroll at a discount at out-of-state New England public colleges and universities. Beginning fall 2025, all newly admitted day students from Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont will automatically qualify for the NEBHE Tuition Break program, regardless of academic major.

Proximity-Based Programs
A student may apply for NEBHE tuition break status at 糖心Vlog if their permanent/legal residence is closer to 糖心Vlog than their home-state institution offering the same program. Please contact admissions at 978.542.6200 or admissions@salemstate.edu for more information.
